This program has opened my eyes to my true power. I always knew I wanted to help women on their spiritual self love journey but never thought I was good enough or worthy enough. This program has helped me see that I AM worthy enough and that people really do want to hear what I have to say and trust me to help them begin their own journeys. I actually uncovered the root of my people - pleasing, perfectionist, low self worth and self doubt and am now working on healing my inner child. All because this course pushed me outside of my comfort zone and forced me to confront that side of me. I knew this program would bring about a personal transformation, but I had no idea the impact that it would have on me and how I live my life. I’ve learned how to listen to my body and its signals. I’ve learned how to slow down and take a breath. Instead of trying to ignore my anxiety and stress, now I acknowledge it, tune in to where it’s living, and practice one of the many tools, like meditation, breathing, tapping, to help bring me back to a place of calm. When I started the program I felt extremely unsure about my abilities to actually be a coach... to actually be able to do something I'm truly passionate about and make money and really if people would actually take me seriously as more than just the person they come to for advice.
