During the coming months, we will work together in group sessions to provide you with support as you grow your business.

The following represents the Contract between The Self-Love Lifestyle LLC known as the "Coach" and YOU, known as the “Client”. The Services contracted as part of the Program shall be that of coaching, as set out below. This agreement will begin upon acceptance by Client and shall remain valid for the duration of the Client-Coach relationship.

Number of sessions per month: 4  Duration of scheduled sessions: 60 minutes each

PROGRAM SESSION SCHEDULING

Each session will be scheduled in advance and the Client will have an opportunity to register for upcoming calls. Each session will end 60 minutes after it was scheduled to begin.

Program begins November 1st 2020 and ends February 1st 2020, unless the client decides to renew their membership, at which point this contract will be valid indefinitely.

PAYMENTS

The Client understands that the regular cost of the Program is $200 per month or $500 for a three month package payment. Payments are due on the same day each month relative to when the client sent in their first program payment. Late payments will incur a fee of $15 per week until payment has been settled. Payments can be made via Paypal or Credit Card.

 

REFUNDS AND PROGRAM TERMINATION

If the Client’s chooses to withdraw from the program or in the Client's absence from the program for any reason, the Client will still remain responsible for any remaining program payments and will not be entitled to a refund.

 

The Coach reserves the right to cancel the program if at any point she or he feels it is not beneficial for the program to continue. If this happens, the Client is only responsible for the prorated cost of coaching services received or will be refunded a prorated amount.

 

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Client assumes sole responsibility for creating and implementing the Client's own physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and financial well-being, business success, professional and personal relationships, choices, actions, and results from the coaching relationship and the Client's coaching sessions and interactions with the Coach. The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life, business, professional relationships, and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family, partners, friends, and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this program.

 

DISCLAIMERS

The Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and is not intended to provide medical, health care, or therapy; or to treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, condition, or physical or mental ailments. The Client understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, dietician-nutritionist, or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. The Client has chosen to work with the Coach and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.

 

The Client expressly agrees that the Client’s use or inability to utilize this program is at the Client’s sole risk. By purchasing access to this program, the Client accepts, agrees, and understands that the Client is fully responsible for the Client’s progress and results from the Client’s participation and that the Coach offers no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding the Client’s earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth, coaching success, coaching ability, or results of any kind. The Client alone is responsible for the Client’s actions and results in life and business, which are dependent on personal factors including, but not necessarily limited to, the Client’s skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and financial situation, to name just a few. Any statements outlined on the Coach's websites, programs, Content, and offerings are simply the Coach’s opinion and thus are not guarantees or promises of actual performance. The Coach offers no professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE

The Coach and The Client mutually recognize that they may discuss the Client’s future plans, relationships, business affairs and job information, financial information, goals, personal history, and other private information.

 

The Coach will not voluntarily communicate the Client’s information to a third party unless required by law. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Client will not share the Coach’s intellectual property as their own. In the event of a breach or threatened violation of intellectual property rights and confidential and proprietary information by the Client, the Coach will suffer irreparable harm and will therefore be entitled to injunctive relief to enforce this Agreement. The Coach may, without waiving any other remedies under this Agreement, seek from any court having jurisdiction any interim, equitable, provisional, or injunctive relief that is necessary to protect the rights and property of The Self-Love Lifestyle LLC pending the outcome of the arbitration referenced above.

 

LIMITED REMEDIES, ENTIRE AGREEMENT, SEVERABILITY, AND APPLICABLE LAW

If a dispute arises between the Coach and the Client with respect to the services provided in relation to this agreement, the relationship of the Coach and the Client, or the Program, the sole remedy that can be awarded to the Client is a refund of the Program Fee. No further award of consequential or other damages may be granted to the Client.

 

This document reflects the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered or supplemented except in writing signed by both the Coach and the Client.

 

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any

reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of MAINE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.

 

By electronically agreeing to this agreement, the Client acknowledges that the Client received a copy of this agreement, that the Client has had an opportunity to discuss the contents of the agreement with the Coach and if desired had an opportunity have it reviewed by an attorney that would be the Client's responsibility for hiring and payment. By electronically agreeing to this agreement, the Client understands, accepts and agrees to abide by the terms of the agreement.
