A little bit of my story...

I am an initiated Priestess, Coach Trainer and Educator, and 7-figure business owner from a lineage of spiritual leaders and female entrepreneurs.

I guide sacred healers to weave their medicine and modalities into sovereign, wealth-building movements.

I always had a calling to do meaningful work that helped others. I found myself finding fulfillment through exploring spirituality, psychology, and wellness, and made the decision to help others on their transformational journey.

 Over the course of a decade, I gathered certifications and attended trainings in coaching, archetypal psychology, embodiment and energy healing, spirituality, yoga and fitness, nutrition, Intuitive Eating, and more. I also grew up being mentored by my great-uncle, Heyoka Merrifield, a renowned medicine man and artist. He taught me how to lead ceremony using sacred tools and ideologies passed down through our family's lineage.

Though I have experienced the many challenges that go along with psychological and physical trauma, I felt that I had something profound to share about healing the relationship to the body. After battling my own body with disordered eating, and learning how to love myself again, I knew that I could help others do the same with more ease and less time. This was where my coaching began. After working with clients on cultivating self-love, I refined and implemented my proven five-step system, The Self-Love Roadmap, which is a powerful coaching framework for guiding clients on the path of self-love.

My business has grown to embrace so much more than just the relationship we have to the body. Since my coaching practice began, I have worked with hundreds of people all over the world to find self-love again.

From career coaching and navigating relationships to inner child healing and shadow work, I have guided my clients through many kinds of life transitions, assisting them in releasing their roadblocks and manifesting their goals.

In 2019, after I had established and grown my business, I was asked by aspiring coaches if I would teach them how to utilize The Self-Love Roadmap with their own clients. Through this request from our community, The Self-Love Coach Certification Course was born. The Self-Love Coach Certification Course has trained hundreds of students, providing them with a program that is not only transformational for their coaching businesses but also for their own self-love journeys as well.

The most recent iteration of my business focuses heavily on equipping healers and spritual leaders to share their medicine with the world in a way that is ethical, rooted in decolonization and collective liberation, and serves them in fulfilling their soul's calling.
