Workshop Agreement 

The Self-Love Lifestyle Self-Love Coach Certification Program (“The Program”) and the purchaser of this course (“Student”) enter into this Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”), a legal and binding contract pursuant to which the Student will pay tuition and fees as indicated by their purchase of the course, due in United States currency (USD), as well as adhere to The Program’s rules, policies, regulations, and agreements.  

Refund Policy 

Refunds will not be available for any reason whatsoever.

The student agrees to pay in full prior to the delivery of the Program.

Job Placement Disclosure 

Due to the inherent variability in each Student's dedication, effort, performance, and other facts pertaining to each Student’s ability to absorb and learn the course curriculum, The Program cannot and will not guarantee jobs, job placement, or career success for any Student. 

By purchasing this course, you agree to the conditions of this Enrollment Agreement. You agree that you have accepted the Enrollment Agreement, have read all of the terms, and understand them. 

Program Agreement

This Program Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of your (“you” or “student”) use of the products and services offered by The Self-Love Lifestyle (“The Program”). By enrolling in or using the Program, you confirm your acceptance of these agreements, including the arbitration, class-action waiver, and limitation of liability provisions contained in the Agreement.

1. Services. Students who have accepted the Agreements will have a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the Program, which will be available online. Students may access the Program only for your personal, non-commercial use. Students agree not to share access to the Program with any third-party. Accessing the Program does not give students ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Program. 
2. Non-Disclosure: To ensure that the public receives consistent and accurate information about The Program’s products and services, you agree not to publish, advertise, or otherwise disclose the Program Cost anywhere or to anyone. 
3. Good Financial Standing: Students who comply with all of the previous “Tuition and Fees” paragraphs will be in Good Financial Standing and continue to have full access to the Program and any other resources or materials The Program may make available to students. Students who fail to comply with any of the previous “Tuition and Fees” paragraphs will not be in Good Financial Standing and may be suspended or withdrawn from the Program and The Program’s other products and services, or subject to other disciplinary action, in The Program’s sole discretion. Whether you or any other students have violated the previous “Tuition and Fees” paragraphs shall be determined by The Program in its sole discretion and you acknowledge that The Program’s determination shall be final and conclusive. 
4. Conduct. 

1. Confidentiality: At times, students may be invited and encouraged to share personal and/or private information with others. You agree not to disclose this information to others. By sharing such information you acknowledge that The Program is not responsible for ensuring that others maintain the confidentiality of such information and you agree not to hold The Program liable or otherwise responsible for the disclosure of such information. 
2. Non-Compete: You acknowledge that The Program has invested extensive resources into developing the Program. By enrolling in the Program, you gain access to confidential information that constitutes The Program’s proprietary materials and business methods. As a result, your use of this information to compete with The Program would be unfair and would violate The Program’s legitimate business interests. 

Accordingly, while enrolled in the Program and for a period of one (1) year from the completion date of the Program, you agree not to compete with The Program by providing the same or similar services as The Program provides, which include, but are not limited to, developing, designing, providing, marketing, or selling a coaching certification program, curriculum, and/or coaching certification materials (“Competitive Services”). 

5. Non-Disparagement: You agree not to disparage The Program or any of the other students who are enrolled. For purposes of this section, “disparage” shall mean any negative statement, whether oral or written, whether in print or electronic form, including, without limitation, on any Internet site or web application such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, chat forums, communities, and/or message boards. 
6. Intellectual Property: You acknowledge and agree that the Program and any resources or materials relating to the Program constitute the sole and exclusive property of The Program. You agree not to reproduce, copy, duplicate, distribute, lend, sell, or otherwise transfer or disclose to any other individual or party, the Materials, without the express prior written consent of The Program. In the event that you are licensed or otherwise authorized to use any Materials, you agree to name The Program as your source of information.
7. Program Technology. The Program will be made available online. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate hardware, software, Internet access, and/or other equipment necessary to participate in the Program.
   
   8. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Program and its affiliates, members, and owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, (collectively or individually, “Losses”) insofar as such Losses arise out of or are based upon:
   Your performance of, or failure to perform under, the agreements; 

Your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under the agreements;  Your improper use of program materials; Bodily injury, death of any person, or damage to any personal property resulting from your acts or omissions; and/or Your violation of any copyright, patent, trade secret, trademark, and/or other intellectual property right of any person.

9. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall The Program’s liability arising out of or related to the Program or this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability, exceed the Program Cost paid by you and received by The Program at the time of the first instance of the event giving rise to the liability. Notwithstanding and subject to the foregoing, in no event shall The Program have liability to you for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, exemplary, or special damages of any kind or nature however caused, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability. 
10. Term and Termination. This Student Agreement shall become effective once signed by all parties. The Program may terminate the Program, at any time, for any reason. If the Program is terminated following your enrollment, but prior to your graduation from the Program, you shall be entitled to a prorated refund of the Tuition and Fee amounts you have paid at the time of termination in accordance with your Enrollment Agreement. 
11. Representations, Warranties, and Disclaimers. 

1. You represent and warrant that you have the legal power to enter in to this Agreement.
   
   
2. You represent that you have reviewed and evaluated this program agreement and acknowledge that: 
3. You have read the agreements as detailed in this document and understand them; 
4. The Program will not train you to become a medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, nutritionist, or dietician; Each jurisdiction has its own laws and regulations regarding the provision of services by medical doctors, psychotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and dieticians and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your practice as a Self-Love Coach does not violate any jurisdiction’s laws or regulations; During the Program, you may receive the services of a Self-Love Coach retained by The Program or its affiliate. You understand and acknowledge that Self-Love Coaches are not doctors, nutritionists, or dieticians and that neither coaches nor The Program can or will prescribe the use or discontinuance of any medication; During the Program, you may encounter dietary theories or other information regarding the consumption of certain foods, supplements, or medications. You assume all risks of injury or illness relating to your use of any such dietary theories or information and acknowledge that the adoption of such dietary theories or information is not a requirement of the Program; and The Program neither guarantees nor represents that your participation in the Program will result in career success or improvement to your health. 

12. Relationship of the Parties. No part of this agreement creates a partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and The Program. You do not have the authority (and shall not hold yourself out as having the authority) to bind The Program to any agreements. 

The program may ask to use your likeness and/or voice for marketing and communication purposes. If permission is asked by The Program and you give permission via email or another online messaging platform, you acknowledge and agree that any photographs, transcripts, audio, or video recordings (the “Media”) taken by or on behalf of The Program are property of The Program and The Program has the exclusive right to print, display, publish, disseminate, and otherwise utilize the Media without any fees, royalties, or payments of any kind owed to you.

13. Waiver and Cumulative Remedies. No failure or delay by The Program in exercising any right under the Agreements shall constitute a waiver of that right. 
14. Force Majeure. The Program is not responsible for delays or failures to perform its responsibilities under these Agreements due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, tornadoes, civil unrest, acts of terror, pandemics, strikes or other labor problems, computer, telecommunications, internet service provider or hosting facility failures or delays involving hardware, software or power systems, malicious code, denial of service attacks, and inability to obtain energy. 
15. Entire Agreement. The agreements in this document constitute the entire agreement between you and The Program regarding the Program and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals or representations, written or oral, concerning the Program. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of these agreements shall be effective unless in writing and signed by you and The Program.

By purchasing this Program you have agreed to these terms, you acknowledge that you accept the terms of this Agreement.
