You are not expected to complete every invitation.
This is not a performance-based challenge — it’s a series of depth-oriented prompts meant to meet you exactly where you are.

Consistency looks different for everyone. Take the invitations that speak to you, skip the ones that don’t, and return later to whatever you need. You’ll receive a full PDF guide after the journey ends so nothing is time-sensitive or lost. There is no “falling behind."

I’ve been in business for years — will this be too basic for me?

How much time will this take each day?

Each day includes a simple ritual (10 minutes or less), and then a business invitation that can be as light or as deep as you want it to be.

You can simply do the ritual and take five minutes to reflect.
You can do the ritual and the business action in a quick 10-20 minutes.
Or you can spend more time and turn an invitation into a full project... an invitation may spark an afternoon of creation that ends up bringing in new revenue.

Is there any live component?

Melanie will be present inside the WhatsApp community throughout the 21 days to answer questions, reflect with you, and offer guidance — but there are no scheduled live calls.

This format allows spaciousness during a busy season while still giving you personalized support.

Do I have to participate in the WhatsApp community?

No — the WhatsApp circle is completely optional. You can receive the full experience through the daily email invitations alone.

However, if you want connection, reflection, or direct support during the journey, the WhatsApp space will be a warm and engaged community of other practitioners and leaders walking the same path.
