The Hearth is a temple for sacred business leadership, it is not a drop-in membership.

It is designed as a 12-month container because real business transformation requires rhythm, refinement, and relational depth.

After your first year, you may continue month-to-month as an ongoing steward of the Hearth.

❧

What happens inside The Hearth:

Inside The Hearth, five elements are woven together to support you in becoming a sacred, sovereign, well-resourced leader.

  • The Kindling (21‑day immersion): A ceremonial jump‑start with daily prompts, rituals, and gentle strategy to reset your relationship with your work and reignite your creativity.
  • The Craft: The Gates of Offer Creation (3‑module business course): A comprehensive curriculum that walks you step‑by‑step through creating, launching, marketing, selling, and scaling offerings that act as a true vehicle for your soul’s calling.
  • The Council (Archetypal Initiation): Seven ceremonial transmissions engaging the sacred imagination and deep psyche — cultivating refinement, magnetism, structure, reciprocity, and endurance so your leadership matures from the inside out.
  • The Temple Community: A living group space to connect with other members, receive support and reflection from Melanie and the community, and be in ongoing conversation with co‑conspirators who are also building sacred, magical businesses.

How you use these elements is entirely yours to shape. Some women come in hot and dive deeply into everything. Others move more slowly and let a new piece open when it feels aligned.

❧

If you want your business to feel sacred, you need to attend to it the way you attend to your spiritual deepening.

The Hearth is structured like a temple:

• The Kindling is where you cultivate daily devotion.
• The Fireside is moon-cycle ceremony.
• The Council is ceremonial initiation through archetypal embodiment.
• The Craft is structured teaching through philosophy and strategy.
• The Community is sisterhood and witnessing.

Your business becomes a pathway for your spiritual evolution.

❧

On March 1st, tuition rises.

The pre-sale rate honors the founding members who are helping shape this temple in its next evolution. The content inside this offering will be delivered over the coming months in an intentional rhythm.

❧

In The Hearth, you are choosing a business that feels like a sanctuary that shapes you as much as you shape it.

If this feels in resonance for you, we will be honored to welcome you inside.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly am I committing to?

You are committing to a 12-month cycle inside The Hearth.

You may choose to pay in full, monthly, or weekly, but either way you are agreeing to complete the full year. After your initial year, you may continue month-to-month or choose to complete your cycle.

This structure protects the depth and cohesion of the temple.

What if I don’t “keep up”?

There is nothing to keep up with.

The Hearth is not a challenge or daily performance container.

You move at your own rhythm.

Some members may move quickly through The Craft.
Others may revisit one Gate for months.

You cannot fall behind here.

What if I’m already experienced in business?

The Hearth is not surface-level strategy.

It is refinement, coherence, and stewardship.

Established leaders may use The Hearth to:

• Strengthen the inner architecture that allows your work to mature in complexity, integrity, and meaning
• Rebuild offers so they reflect who you are now and the paradigm you are co-creating
• Dismantle inherited patterns of hierarchy and extraction, and shift toward a matricentric business model
• Ask more liberatory questions about pricing, power, visibility, and impact
• Lead from wholeness rather than over-performance

What if I’m early in my business?

The Hearth meets you where you are.

If you are early, you may focus on creating:

• A clearer offer
• A stronger leadership identity
• A more aligned marketing rhythm
• A grounded plan for growth

You do not need a clear vision, an established business, or a large audience to benefit from this work.

How much time should I expect to spend?

The structure is intentionally spacious.

The Kindling rituals often take 5–15 minutes.
The Craft can be moved through at your own pace.
Fireside teachings are concise and grounded.

Some weeks you may spend 20 minutes.
Some weeks you may spend an afternoon in inspired creation.

Are there required live calls?

No.

The Fireside ceremonies are recorded and available inside the portal.

Community participation is always optional.

You can receive full value quietly if that is your preference.

Can I cancel early?

The Hearth is a 12-month container, and early cancellations are not available.

This structure exists intentionally. Real business transformation takes time, iteration, and accountability. A full year gives you the space to move through cycles of clarity, creation, refinement, and implementation without rushing the process.

I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders on their businesses, and the most sustainable results come from steady devotion over time.

When you enroll, you are committing to the full cycle so you can actually experience the depth of what this work makes possible.

What makes this different from other business memberships?

The Hearth is a temple and structured as such. Inside The Hearth, business is not separate from your spiritual life.

Most business memberships & courses teach tactics.

The Hearth teaches stewardship. Here, strategy is braided with nervous system awareness, ethical leadership, archetypal identity, seasonal rhythm, and sustainable revenue architecture

This is not hustle culture with prettier language. It is a different paradigm entirely.

I’m feeling the pull, but also fear. Is that normal?

Yes.

Stepping into a year of devotion to your leadership is significant.

If what you feel is resonance mixed with growth-edge nerves, that is often a sign you are expanding.

If what you feel is resistance to commitment itself, it may not be time.

Trust your body.

This particular moment in our collective history is very tender and overwhelming, and that’s exactly what this journey will support you through. This journey is meant to be a soft place to land while you continue to steward a business that honors who you are and contributes to the world in a meaningful way.
